If you are entering Arab classes on the day then you MUST bring a copy of the horses Arab Horse Society Registration Certificate in order to enter
All horses must have up to date inoculations, either the annual booster or be at least 7 days post second injection, if a course has been recommenced. Passports will be checked on collection of competitors numbers and before any horse is unloaded. Any horse not meeting this requirement will not be able to compete and will have to be removed from the venue immediately

Trophies will be awarded on the discretion of the Trophy Secretary. These must be signed for and a £50 deposit (cash/cheque) will be required or each trophy won. Cheque deposits will be banked. Deposits will be returned when the trophy is received by the Trophy Secretary, and in an acceptable condition. Should you not wish to take the trophy, the group can arrange engraving on your behalf for a fee of £25.
NOTE TO ALL SHOW ENTRANTS: THE SHOW COMMITTEE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SPLIT OR AMALGMATE CLASSES WHERE APPROPRIATE IF ENTRIES WARRANT.
The Organisers and Committee of the Norfolk and Suffolk Arabian Horse Group Annual Open Show accept no responsibility for loss or damage to animals or property while travelling to or from, and while competing at the show or on the showground. We strongly recommend that all horses entered are insured and that all handlers carry public liability insurance.
A hard hat of current British safety standards with the chinstrap securely fastened must be worn at all times while mounted. This includes all ridden championship classes. Hats bearing only the BSEN1384 or EN1384 will not be accepted unless they carry another standard such as PAS 015 (1998 or 2011), VG 01.040 (2014-12), ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a onwards), SNELL E2001 or AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards). All hats must be British Kite marked.
OUR SHOWS ARE A VERY RELAXED AND FRIENDLY EVENT. AS SUCH, THE NORFOLK & SUFFOLK ARABIAN HORSE GROUP POLITELY REQUESTS THAT ALL BAGS AND OTHER ITEMS INTENDED TO EXCITE THE HORSE ARE LEFT BEHIND. NEITHER BAGGING NOR UNREASONABLE NOISE WILL BE TOLERATED.
No refunds of entry fees will be offered after the closing date for entries to the show unless advised to the organisers at least 5 days prior to the show and accompanied by a veterinary certificate covering the date of the show.
